A bamboo toothbrush is a practical and simple object which helps you reduce the personal use of plastics in everyday life.
The brush is made of sustainable bamboo wood, famous for its rapid growth, lightweight, and durability. The handle of the brush is round and smoothly polished.
To help your children distinguish the toothbrushes from each other when they are in your family bathroom, we at Jezzroom Atelier, painted the tips of toothbrushes. We use water-based paints from our local partner, FrenChicPaint. This paint is certified for children’s safety, and its components are all-natural minerals and chalk. The bristle of toothbrushes is of MEDIUM hardness.
The bamboo container's size is 6.3" x 1.1" (16 x 2.7 cm), which works perfectly for our toothbrushes. We designed the engraving for the container to add more fun to this natural product. There is one small opening in the lid and one in the bottom of the container to prevent the accumulation of moisture inside.
We recommend changing your toothbrush at least every three months. If your bathroom is very humid, it is advisable to get a new toothbrush every two months.

HOW TO DISPOSE OF YOUR TOOTHBRUSH:
Since the bristles are not compostable, you should remove the bristles and dispose of them separately from the toothbrush handle.
There are two ways to remove the bristles:
-Pull them out with pliers
-Snap the whole toothbrush head off with a hammer
The bristles can then go into your plastic recycling, but since they are tiny, we recommend to put them into some plastic container, which you are going to recycle and dispose of them together.
The handle of your toothbrush is 100% biodegradable and can be disposed of in an industrial composter for the fastest de-composition within several weeks. Alternatively, please put it in your home composter or even leave in the soil in your garden.
Even if you throw the bamboo handle into your regular rubbish and the toothbrush ends up in landfill, it will still biodegrade in a few years.
